Hi Eve. Thank you for your lovely comment. And as you said, it is a little distracting trying to do something with that view drawing you away ๐Ÿ™‚ The photo’s are courtesy of my mobile phone but nothing like those lovely macro flower shots of yours. They are beautiful, just the thing to bring a smile to your day! ๐Ÿ™‚ I live on the mid north coast of nsw. It’s just a couple of hours north of Sydney. My back is getting much better but just says a little hello if I decide to do something silly. Look after my body and it will look after me. Take care. Mark

Thank you Elaine. It has been an amazing journey and I am daily feeling the energy of that ‘big blue’ out the front. And you are right, each day is a constant transition of the tides and the nature that goes with it. It also has a very calming effect and I am looking forward to meditating ‘under its influence’. Thank you for your lovely wishes, they are gladly accepted. Namaste

Thank you very much Linda. It has been quite a journey, testing all the bits that need some attention, physically as well as emotionally. I think everyone I come across at the moment all seem to be going through a larger than normal cycle change in their journey, in with the new, out with the old so to speak. Spirit kept the urge going to move for me so when I finally started looking, it was the second place I looked at. And when I walked in the energy was so peaceful and calm I knew this was it. Now if I can just concentrate on my writing (which I’ve barely started because I’ve been so busy), and not look at the view too much, a balance in my life should bring me some sanity. Thank you for dropping by and sharing ‘the view’. I’ll have to get a couple more pic’s of the area so everyone can feel its energy. I hope all is well in your world and your life cycle change has given you the love and happiness that you deserve. Take care, Mark.

Thank you Kathyann. It has been an interesting journey to say the least, but at last, after many paths, I feel I have found a little place to rest and reflect. And I think all that lovely grounding water is just the thing to balance some things in my life, and maybe even encourage others. I am looking forward to ‘coffee’ with a view. Namaste

After encouragement like that, I think I will Kathyann, thank you! ๐Ÿ™‚ Each time I go out on the balcony I discover something new. At the moment mother Sea Eagle is teaching her offspring to hunt fish. When we do finally stop, isn’t life grand! Coffee has a lot going for it, no wonder it has survived down the ages, it has kept us alive, even because of ourselves ๐Ÿ™‚ Namaste

You will continue to discover something new every time you are out there…..just look for it. I agree totally, there is something in coffee that is beneficial if you believe there is and i do believe there is. That’s why I started my Coffee Time writings because everyone deserves to take a break and enjoy coffee and a short good read. Enjoy your new and beautiful home Mark….. You so deserve it so enjoy every bit of it!

Thank you kind lady. It has been a very strong cycle change for us all. God knew we were ready for it, but I think we feel that all buttons have been pressed and the elevator ride does not want to stop at the moment. And yes, it would feel like we were at the Mad Hatter’s tea party. But I think we needed that so that we would truly understand what it meant when we came out the other side, and accept ourselves for who we truly are inside, and not what others want us to be or their expectations. You have always come from a place of beauty because of the journey you have already partaken. It creates the lovely empathy that you show to all on here in our blog worlds and gives US hope in what you show in your writing. I know you have been through a very hard and heart wrenching time, from many directions, and you have my condolences for the loss of your sister under circumstances that have been very difficult to say the least, but I also see that beautiful spirit within you, and know, there is hope for the world while ever that light shines because of what you have gone through. I send you love and light and the knowledge that I care for who you are as well maryrose. May the love within that light touch that lovely heart within, keep you at peace, and give you strength to find that true happiness that does reside within you. You also matter greatly my friend, for your love and empathy are a treasure indeed. Take care, Mark.

Trying to do just that, but I went out in sympathy with you and decided to really screw my back up with doing the shift into the new place. I’ve been in agony for 3 weeks and it wasn’t going anywhere so I went to a very lovely friend and teacher of mine, Anne Schubert, who taught me Bowen Therapy (and teaches it around the world). I had a session with her yesterday and overnight it has moved so much stuff. Spirit had me awake every now and then to adjust my back and realign but the work she did has been excellent. First relief I’ve had in weeks. Because I’ve been so flat out I’m only just catching back up with everyone and you have been going through the wringer as well. I’m sending some healing your way my friend so be ready, take it on board from all around you, and heal. Time for you to come out of your shell too. Have a great day and may it be positive, sunny and full of good people. Namaste

I see, so you pulled one of those “all or nothing” acts? LOL ๐Ÿ™‚ What did you do? Did you try to move everything by yourself? I sure hope you had some help. Mercy! Glad you’re starting to get some relief. What exactly is this Bowen Therapy? Never heard of such a thing. I’m ready, just sitting here, well I’m actually laying here just waiting for it. I’ll take it all in and start the healing process all over again. Even though I’ve been in so much misery, lately, I’ve made some really good and necessary changes within the past month. I’m moving in the right direction. You know I get frustrated with all this business sometimes, but I’ve been learning a lot of new coping skills in my DBT group. You know, all that mindfulness stuff? I’m learning a lot and implementing what I’m learning and it actually works, imagine that! So, I am kind of proud of myself at the moment because I did something that is absolutely huge. It’s not something that I’m going to put out here for the whole world to see, just trust me on this one. I’ve really been working very hard on self improvement and treating myself better. Take it easy, my friend. No more lifting heavy objects for awhile. Relax and heal. I hope you feel much better real soon, my dear friend. Take care. ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks Tammy. And yes, I did do too much and paid the price. Click on here Bowen Therapy, and it will give a full description of what it does. An amazing therapy. I’ve seen it repair things that modern medicine had given up on. More than anything it appears to re-align the body…and in that I mean physically as well as emotionally because we hold our emotional patterns within our bodies. You may have to try it out. As far as I know, Anne and another lady, Margaret Spicer were doing training in America and other parts of the world so there should be a practitioner you could find nearby. Glad that your group is having great success. It gives a whole new outlook when you can find things within yourself that give a relief and happiness to those things that test us a bit in life. Good luck with it. I’ll still top you up from time time my friend, just so you don’t forget me ๐Ÿ™‚ No more lifting for me, I’m tucked in on the lounge and watching the pelicans and dolphins cavort around the lake. That is a relief in itself. Glad that things are going better for you and I look forward to more ‘Tammy’ as I get back onto my blog proper. Take care my friend, may the sun be always shining through your window. Namaste

Thank you momus and your wishes gratefully accepted, but I’ve been a bad boy. In the process of moving I’ve seriously hurt my back and because I kept going and going (I couldn’t find the call center for those lovely fairies that are always in our lives (they stood back because I needed a lesson)), until I really made a mess of it, I’m now paying the consequences. I’m even having trouble just sitting in this chair, so I may be a little quiet again, but for a different reason this time. I went and had a Bowen session done by my teacher, Anne Schubert (she teaches all around the world), and that has seriously brought up lots of things that I knew I hadn’t dealt with as I was waiting till I arrived at these new digs. Even spirit had a visit to tell me something that needed to be sorted (there MAY be another post in that one, lessons coming thick and fast at the moment), so I shall be a good boy and go to bed early and ask spirit for a chat. Time for a serious understanding I be thinking. Thanks again momus, I shall flow to the best of my ability. Hugs xx

I don’t know how I missed this, Mark. That’s rotten that you’ve hurt yourself, especially after you’ve only just moved in. I hope the Bowen sessions worked to help with the pain. You take care of yourself.x

The Bowen Therapy worked marvelously. And just to make it interesting, a lot of the emotional content of the (many) injuries I’ve had binding me up, were all released as well as the physical. That night was like a ‘Scrooge, Night Before Christmas’, with everything passing before my eyes. It was amazing. But the next day I felt like I’d been run over by a truck, very exhausted but felt like the weight of the world had been released ๐Ÿ™‚ So my friend, now smiling and at one with the world as the events over the last few weeks have been a very testing time, but with the added bonus of releasing a lot of life that I’ve been hanging onto. We tend to do that. Now….the book ๐Ÿ™‚ My thanks for your wishes my friend, may you also be released into the world from a free heart. Namaste

Thanks Jolene. It has been a crazy couple of weeks. Lots happening but I can now see the floor in some rooms and some sanity is returning. The views are great…but…they are a little distracting while your trying to write. And then when you think you have it all under control…the dolphins will come by feeding in the water or the seven black swans that have taken up residence will cruise by. Boats everywhere, fisherman and oyster farmers by the dozen and just when you think you’ve seen it all…the whale watchers boat will come by with multitudes of happy snappers getting all excited with what the day may bring as they begin their journey out to sea. May your week bring as much excitement too Jolene, thanks for the visit. Mark
